Our flight case line is manufactured with high quality raw materials featuring laminated plywood that has shatterproof ABS plastic or fireproof in a variety of colors. We utilize full aluminum extrusion along with heavy duty tongue-and-groove valance to provide the structural integrity that our clients depend on. All of our hardware, from our recessed latches, handles, and corners, is forged from zinc-plated steel for superior strength and reliability. This type of case and the manufacturing behind it, allow easy and cost effective repairs should your flight case meet the business end of a forklift. Now we get to talk about "Protecting like a Mother!" The interior of the flight case is custom tailored to your equipment's needs utilizing many different materials, which range from cleanroom/crosslink foam, which is used in the semiconductor industry, to our carpeted case interior which is great for a general utility use. In between, you can choose to go in 1/2" increments in depth of soft/hard foams or simply a painted interior. The protection and functionality of the case is paramount in our view. Ultimately we want these cases to protect your gear, we want our cases to make your job easier!
