Every customize aluminum case has it`s own long story, we do not know if it will get an order from sample, but, if we do not do, we will not get any chance.
So, for most of salesman, we must have enough patience to do every sample, and take care of every customer carefully every day.
This time, we share a story of customize aluminum case to show we must have patience:
In 2018.08.27, an old customer send us an inquiry which they need customize aluminum case. ( Of course, they are our old customer, if not, maybe we will have no enough patience too. Now, we must do self-examination often, the economic is not good and trade war will keep long time. All the customers are not wanting to do risk things, they all import aluminum cases carefully. So, we must understand and do better than usual time. )
In the past year, the final customer often change ideas, then let us give more suggestions and new prices too. It is puzzle for aluminum case factory too.

I also have a few questions:
How resistant to scratches is the UV-Logopint? For this style logo, it is better. If you need, we could send a sample to you. Then you could check. I think a sample would be great. We could send it with the sample case. I am sure the others would like to see a sample, too.
How good are the locks and especially the hinges with dirt and water? Will they rust easily?
Usually, they are ok. But, if you they often meet water, they will be rust soon.
If you worry about it, we could use black styles( paint black style), it will be better.
The cases would be used in stables and on equestrian events, so the cases would get dirty and wet every week or so. The customer needs everything to be silver, grey or blue to match the colours of their logo. Black wouldn’t really fit...

The customer said he would order a sample of the medium sized case. If the quality is good, he then will order 50 PCS of that case as a trial run. Afterwards there should be several orders a year with different quantities.
When the customer gives us the sample order, I will send you the tools that will go into the medium case.

Oh, too many news, and we finally could do a sample of aluminum case for them. Then we must do drawing for them, we usually do CAD drawing for customers, like:

For two aluminum case samples, they will be sent to customer until today( 2019.11.13). It is really very long time for samples. In past time, we really did not meet same thing. Now, maybe, we must have patience to do this style thing. Market are changing, customers are changing…
As our customize aluminum case, we must change too. We should find good ways to meet customers` new requirements too.
