For this blue flight case, it is middle aluminum case. But, we use 30 MM profile and big corners. So, it is very strong. The panel is 9 MM thickness plywood panel. For this style panel, it is flat, usually do not need to glue other inner lining.
The lock is butterfly lock. We fit hinges for this case. Of course, if customer want the lid is removable, we could add butterfly lock in the back of case. Then the lid will be removable style.
Outside dimension: 60*31*44 CM. Dimension could be change as your requirements. The best feature of flight cases is that we do not need to pay for too much expensive costing of molding. It is different from plastic cases.
The handle is sunk style. It could save volume of case, could protect the handle better. For flight case, they are often very heavy. So, we usually add handles on two sides of flight case. Then it is better for us to carry it.
